                                                                ABOUT THIS JOB:

                                                                The Transition Manager will be responsible for overseeing the smooth and efficient transfer of new clients, services, and processes within the Energy Management Services (EMS) industry. The role focuses on ensuring a seamless transition of services from pre-sales to delivery, ensuring all service obligations and client expectations are met.

                                                                The candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams, including operations, sales, project management, and client services, to implement and manage transitions on time and within budget while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

                                                                Key Responsibilities:

                                                                • Manage Transition Projects: Oversee and manage multiple transition projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met. This includes developing transition plans, risk management, and leading project teams.
                                                                • Client Engagement: Work directly with clients during the transition phase to manage expectations, ensure smooth onboarding, and address any concerns or issues that arise.
                                                                • Process Design and Improvement: Design, optimize, and implement processes and workflows to ensure the efficient handover of services, minimizing disruption during the transition phase.
                                                                • Stakeholder Management: Coordinate with internal teams, including sales, operations, IT, and client services, to ensure that all stakeholders are aligned and working towards common goals.
                                                                • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks associated with the transition process, ensuring any issues are escalated and resolved promptly.
                                                                • Service Delivery Integration: Collaborate with the operations and delivery teams to ensure the successful integration of new services into the existing delivery framework.
                                                                • Reporting and Documentation: Maintain detailed records of transition activities, project timelines, risk assessments, and client communications. Provide regular updates to senior management on project status.
                                                                • Training and Knowledge Transfer: Ensure that all relevant teams are fully trained and equipped to support new services post-transition. Facilitate the transfer of knowledge between teams.

                                                                Required Skills and Qualifications:

                                                                • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field. MBA or PMP certification is a plus.

                                                                Experience:

                                                                • 5+ years of experience in transition or project management within the Energy Management Services, utilities, or related industries.
                                                                • Proven track record of managing complex, large-scale transitions.
                                                                • Experience working with clients and managing client relationships during transition phases.

                                                                Technical Skills:
